Transport to and from Brisbane Airport

Taxis

Airport taxis provide a convenient and easy way to travel into nearby Brisbane city. The journey from Brisbane Airport into central Brisbane will take around 25 minutes, depending on traffic. Official Brisbane airport taxi cabs should always be used, to ensure safety and also to avoid overcharging.

Taxi ranks are conveniently located at both the International and Domestic Terminal. At the Domestic Terminal, the taxi rank can be found in front of the terminal.

At the International Terminal, the taxi rank is located at the northern end of Arrivals on Level 2.

Buses

Coachtrans Australia is the Brisbane Airports only licensed bus operator. Coachtrans meets all flights, Domestic and International, and offers a door to door service. The facilities include continuously staffed customer service counters, information services to arriving passengers, exclusive curbside parking for easy passenger access, air-conditioned buses operating on a door-to-door basis, 7 days a week, one way or return.

Travel by Hotel Shuttle

A number of Brisbane's larger hotels offer a particularly convenient door-to-door courtesy shuttle bus services for their guests, travelling from Brisbane Airport (BNE), directly to the hotel from outside of the airport's main terminal buildings. Airport hotel shuttles may need to be arranged in advance, so it advisable to check with your hotel before arriving at the airport.

Airtrain

Brisbane Airport's popular Airtrain service provides regular trains that travel from the airport to Brisbane Central Station, in just over 20 minutes. The service operates from 5 am to 7.59 pm daily, 7 days per week. We have arranged for a special discount (return) ticket price of $20 for those attending the ACROFI conference. The Airtrain departs every 15 minutes during peak hours.
